Try it out, if this idea doesnt work out, dont worry, I wont be offended :)<br /><br />I have something for praise that I thought was super cool to share with you guys! at the same time its a bit of a prayer request too.<br />Saturday night I joined my parents for their usual church prayer group meeting. During the prayer time, the request came up from the hosts for us to pray for their little daughter. She had been suffering from an unknown illness. Usually a quiet, peaceful, and happy child, the last few days she had been unable to sleep and had been just generally very miserable, feeling sick and in pain. Very uncharacteristic of this child. <br />The group of course excepted, and she was brought down so that we could pray for her healing. I was convinced that God could heal her right then, and I felt convicted to pray unceasingly for her throughout the prayer time. The praise is that while we were praying over her, she became still and fell asleep! something that she hadnt been able to do in the last little while!<br />It was so cool to see God heal in such a physical way...such a great reminder that God's power to heal instantly has not diminished at all! and is just as powerful and possible today as it was while Jesus lived and healed. <br /><br />I think sometimes I forget that God is as powerful as He says He is, and that if we have the faith to ask something big of Him that He will respond in a big way.<br /><br />.ashleigh.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/7679071297658264166-946303299367239826?l=sgfellowship.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>small group.http://www.blogger.com/profile/04800036546301275122noreply@blogger.com0
